1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the h5bh platform and all its services. By accessing the h5bh.lat website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

h5bh is an online casino and betting platform that provides slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. Before using the platform, please read these full terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.1 Definitions

2 Account Registration

• Only one account is permitted per person, household address, and device.

3 Age Restriction

h5bh strictly follows an adults-only gaming policy. Only persons aged 21 or above may participate on this platform.

If an account holder is found to be a minor, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled. We recommend using parental control software to protect minors from gaming.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

h5bh supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method)
• Deposit payments are credited to the account instantly.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Processing time: Usually within 1 hour
• KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.

4.3 Fees and Charges

h5bh generally does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which h5bh is not responsible. Currency conversion charges may apply.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

h5bh offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own conditions, which are detailed on the offer page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000.
• A 15x wagering requirement is required to withdraw the bonus.
• Each player may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• After activating the bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Real money cannot be withdrawn from bets made with bonus funds before they count toward the wagering requirement.
• If an account is closed without meeting the bonus conditions, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
• h5bh reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus.
• Misuse of bonus benefits ("bonus hunting") is strictly prohibited.
• Promotional offers apply only to eligible, verified accounts.

5.3 VIP Program

The h5bh VIP Program has three tiers:

• Bronze tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold tier: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Promotion to a higher tier depends on your activity and contribution on the platform. VIP tier benefits may change.

6 Betting and Gaming Policy

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• h5bh reserves the right to review bet outcomes resulting from technical errors.
• In sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, h5bh's own rules will apply.
• Restrictions may apply when placing bets on different markets of the same match at the same time.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Detailed cricket betting rules apply when placing bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and is a legally punishable offence.

6.3 Fair Play

h5bh uses verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness across all games. In the event of any technical error or unusual situation, h5bh will investigate and provide the correct resolution.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using or giving access to another person's account.
• Misusing or strategically exploiting the bonus system.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Playing games using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
• Creating an account with a false identity or false information.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by h5bh

h5bh may suspend or close any account in the following situations:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or deception.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• In accordance with instructions from a regulatory authority.
• If the account has been inactive for a long period (more than 12 months).

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any outstanding balance before closing your account.
